What does Individual Profiling tell us?
Through a series of 120 questions, the HBDI measures your preference for each of the four distinct thinking styles – emotional, analytical, structural and strategic – under everyday conditions, as well as under stress.
The resulting HBDI Profile uses four quadrants to represent each style of thinking. Results are free of value judgement and cultural bias – and because it's a self-analysis, most people immediately recognise their results as accurate.
Your HBDI Profile package includes a full colour profile and accompanying booklet that explains your profile and scores in detail, and a discussion of the implications that your results have for your professional and personal life.

The HBDI Profile Package and results are debriefed by a Herrmann Certified Practitioner as part of a facilitated workshop or coaching session. The HBDI Fundamentals interactive e-learning program makes it easy to bring the fundamentals of Whole Brain Technology® to your learners and prepare them to receive their HBDI® Profile results.This allows the Practitioner to concentrate sooner on the application of Whole Brain Technology® and reduce classroom time.
